Our Team
The Emile Multicultural Center team is comprised of dedicated individuals that have a deep passion for the Bastrop and Central Texas community. This group is focused on bringing a state-of-the-art facility that can be utilized for recreation, education, and business.

Charlie Colter
With over thirty years of experience as a computer engineer, Charlie took what he learned from the computer tech world and started his own company called School Data Tools Inc., With a passion for the youth of tomorrow Charlie has been working with school districts from across the United States.

Terry Lyne Moore
Working with the YMCA of Austin and YMCA Bastrop over 15 years, Terry continues building community through fitness, sports, and enrichment programs for adults, youth and families.

TC Clemons
After spending over 40 years working for the IRS is various leadership roles. TC has served as President of the Bastrop Juneteenth Committee and is a member of the Bastrop Business Alliance.
Nelia Greene
As a lifetime educator with over 40 years of school administration experience. Nelia has continued her community involvement through the Kerr Community Center Board,and is a mem- ber of the MLK Scholarship Committee.

Charles Washington
Graduated from Emile High School in Bastrop, Texas in 1963. Graduated from Huston-Tillotson in 1967. Work 2 ½ years with The United States Department of Agriculture 38 ½ years with The United States Internal Revenue Service.


Linda Quiroz
Linda worked as an Outreach Counselor and Ultrasound Tech with the Bastrop Pregnancy Resource Center where she discovered passion for the community and families. She is currently the Director of Community Engagement for Bastrop County Cares.
